I absolutely love essential oils for multiple reasons. I work in the mental health field and as my clients take medications prescribed by their doctor, sometimes they need a little more help some days. The stress relief spray I have used through out the house (transitional group home), has really calmed and settled their anxiety. They also now come and ask to use the stress relief roller when they feel their anxiety has spiked (in addition to their regular prescribed meds). Over all it calms the entire house and is such a positive to have for them and me lol. I also use essential oils at home, like all the time, but specifically with my son who has sensory processing disorder and on the spectrum. I made a mix with the lavender oil and I spray it in his room and on his pillow (he is above 40 lbs) and it has helped calm his sensory system and his sleep has improved so much. He currently is not on any meds, and his doctor has gave the okay to use more of a natural route in which I prefer! I use different oils for my self, especially Mixed with sea salt and add them to my bath, it really helps my muscles after a long day of running around at work. I have expanded my knowledge with oils when I took Maggie’s classes, in which I am so glad that I did, because that is when I found out that some information I had received prior was not the best information. Maggie cleared up all the questions and concernes I had and instilled so much credible knowledge into me that I am so much more comfortable using my oils! Thank you Maggie!
